Day 6 to 8 – 365

Let them know it’s Christmastime. Christmas preparations in the Philippines start as early as September (the start of what we call the -ber months). It’s impossible to miss as most commercial establishments will make sure you get the message, whether it’s by erecting gigantic Christmas trees or playing carols throughout the mall all day long.

Hot and Cold. Unfortunately, the -ber months also signal the shift in the winds that flow through the archipelago. The weather can go from to hot and humid to cold and wet in the course of a few minutes. As fickle as the skies maybe, you can always count on one constant – traffic.

Ten. Foxy turned 10 yesterday. I really don’t know how much that is in human years. He’s not the spry puppy that he once was, but he has always been the loyal companion from day one.

*For this photo-a-day project, I will be posting thrice a week. Photos shot from Monday to Wednesday will be posted on Thursday, photos from Thursday to Saturday will be up by Sunday, and my selection from Sunday will be posted on a Monday.
