Teaching again. I started the week by giving a mentoring session on basic photography to a small group of enthusiasts. I was teaching again, and was learning at the same time as well. Apparently, f-stops are a little trickier to explain than I thought.
Pre-birthday Portrait. Before the family went out for dinner to celebrate Ethan’s birthday a day early, we took about five minutes or so to shoot a couple of portraits. A custom WB and an LED light helped me achieve the color contrast in the Mr. Robot-inspired shot above.
Connecting. On a very rainy Wednesday evening, Susan and I met with Carlo and family to dine and catch up on each other’s lives. Baby Peace is definitely a lot bigger since I last shot her portrait not more than two months ago. Hopefully, we’ll be the ones visiting them in Singapore the next time we meet.
*For this photo-a-day project, I will be posting thrice a week. Photos shot from Monday to Wednesday will be posted on Thursday, photos from Thursday to Saturday will be up by Sunday, and my selection from Sunday will be posted on a Monday.
