2014 in Review

As another year ends, I am once again reminded of the thought that I am not getting any younger. That I joined this photography game way too late. And that it has taken me years to figure out how I wanted to play it.

But as I look back at all that has happened, both good and bad, in the past 12 months; I realize that I have a lot to be thankful for. And that although the pace at which I am moving along on this photographic journey is basically glacial, 2014 has seen me make evolutionary strides.

There is promise in the horizon; and with the dawn of each new day, I journey on.

If you fancy a look back at the year that was, the WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 16,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 6 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
